All services are detailed and customized according to client agreements and project briefs.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide timely access to relevant assets, information, and personnel.
  • Ensure authorization to use provided materials (e.g. images, logos, content).
  • Approve project deliverables and feedback within agreed timelines.
  • Comply with applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards relevant to digital marketing.

Payment & Fees

  • Payment terms are outlined in individual service agreements or proposals.
  • Late payments may incur interest or result in paused services.
  • All fees are quoted in Canadian dollars (CAD), unless otherwise specified.
  • SOAP Media reserves the right to adjust pricing or service scope with advance notice.

Intellectual Property

  • SOAP Media retains ownership of original materials, code, strategies, or content created unless otherwise agreed.
  • Clients retain rights to their own brand assets and data shared with SOAP Media.
  • Unauthorized reuse or distribution of SOAP Media intellectual property is prohibited.

Confidentiality

Both SOAP Media and clients agree to protect all non-public, confidential information shared during the engagement. This includes proprietary data, login credentials, business strategies, and campaign performance reports.

Limitation of Liability

SOAP Media makes every effort to deliver performance-driven results. However, we do not guarantee specific marketing outcomes (e.g. search rankings, conversions) and shall not be liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from service use.

Termination

  • Either party may terminate services with written notice according to terms in the signed agreement.
  • Final invoices must be settled and outstanding deliverables will be provided within the agreed timeframe.
